Ann Templeton Edmiston - Edmiston Cemetery

I recently visited Edmiston Cemetery in Morrow, AR.  This is a wonderful old cemetery that has a real old world kinda feel to it.  The cemetery was established in 1846, its first resident was Ann Templeton (Brevard) Edmiston. The old section is situated in the center surrounded by a wonderful old rock wall and two newer sections on either side of the old section.

I rarely get to see the original rock walls sadly so many are either removed or replaced.  I just love the old rock walls. They give the cemetery such great character and make me feel like I have step back in time.
Sitting in the center of this cemetery is this wonderful little hip tomb/rock cairn grave.
