Hello!
It's been forever since I have had time to even look at my blog. I have not forgotten about it or my readers I promise! It has just been a crazy busy year so far and I've had no time at all to do any gravin. But I promise as soon as I have time I will get back to posting. I sure have missed working on it. Todd Ryan Rutledge, resident of Ponca City, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2011 at Ponca City. He was 24 years of age.
Todd was born May 7, 1986 at Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Dennis Wayne Rutledge and Barbara Sue Nykerk Rutledge. He was a 2004 graduate of VanBuren, Arkansas High School. Todd was employed as a boilermaker for Austin Industries inside of Conoco-Phillips. His enjoyments included hot rod cars, fishing, hunting and hanging out with his friends.
He is survived by his fiancée, Beth Kelly and their daughter, Rymingtin Ryann Rutledge who is due to be born this May; his father, Dennis Rutledge and wife, Susie Barber of Muldrow, Oklahoma; his paternal grandfather, Bud Rutledge of Westville, Oklahoma; a sister, Talina Sue Rutledge of Muldrow; a half-sister, Sheriden Rutledge of Roland, Oklahoma; a half-brother, Trevor Kenton Wayne Rutledge of Stigler, Oklahoma; two step-brothers, Raymond and Johnny Hamilton of Muldrow; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother; his paternal grandmother, Judy Montgomery; and his maternal grandmother, Shirley Thompson.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at the Faith Tabernacle Church with Pastor Don Stanton presiding. A second service will be held at Lee’s Chapel near Muldrow at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011 with burial to follow in the nearby Lee’s Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Grace Memorial Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be made in Todd’s name to the Todd Rutledge Memorial Fund, RCB Bank, Attention: Regina Lewis, 1223 East Highland, Ponca City, Oklahoma 74601.

International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers - is a labor union which represents workers in the electrical industry in the United States, Canada, Panama and several Caribbean island nations; particularly electricians, or Inside Wiremen, in the construction industry and lineman and other employees of public utilities.
